We’re Focused on What Matters Most Right Now in Ogden, UT
At the Junior League of Ogden, we live in the moment. To us, that means adjusting our focus according to our community’s most pressing needs. Our work is always evolving, and that keeps us on our toes, striving for progress, and preparing to take on whatever comes next.
Our current community goal is to improve food equity by increasing education and access to fresh produce, while providing a space for individuals to gather, grow, teach, and learn. We’re working toward this by maintaining the Oasis Community Garden and partnering with local programs to host monthly workshops. So far, we have 30 seasonal gardeners and an ongoing partnership with Utah State University, which offers workshops on gardening, healthy eating, sustainability, and more.

Our goal is to help women in Ogden develop civic leadership skills through the work they do, and then apply those talents in the communities that need them most. Launched in 2014, the Jr. Junior League of Ogden (Jr. JLO) prepares the next generation of women leaders by offering volunteer opportunities, leadership training, and empowering young women (grades 5-9) to become proactive problem solvers.

Under the guidance of Junior League of Ogden leadership, Jr. JLO operates with its own board structure and works on projects of their choosing that impact the community, their peers, and the world.
